This gallery was opened by Miyanishi Tatsuya, a picture-book writer from a neighboring town, Shimizucho, who now lives in Mishima. He is a popular writer who is active both at home and abroad: some of his famous picture-books published worldwide include the "Tyrannosaurus Series" (by Poplar Publishing Company) and "Dad is Ultraman" (by Gakken). This gallery is a wonderful place that is only open when he is there. It’s a great place for his fans, as he also sells goods with his original drawings.
